Whether you've been planning your wedding day your whole life or you're just getting started, both Dr. Heather Flores and Alexander are ordained as Ministers with all rights and privileges of the ministry to officiate your ceremony.  Prior to any agreement for conducting your ceremony, however, we require all couples to complete a pre-marital counseling package.
